Click Zoo managed the redesign and re-platforming of Lifestyle Communities website to introduce a modern design philosophy focussed on showcasing the unique and successful housing and community model for Over 50's that Lifestyle Communities offers.
Moving from Wordpress to CraftCMS with the support of web development company Honest Fox, the Lifestyle Communities website now incorporates Salesforce automation, 3D Virtual Home Tours from Turbo 360, the latest Masterplan technology in conjunction with Adelaide based company, Mapovis, and in July of 2023 launched the ability to Reserve a Home, a first for any Retirement Village operator in Australia.
The redesign also included a significant increase in Search Engine Optimisation investment with a particular focus on Local SEO to allow Lifestyle Communities to grow their brand into the western suburbs of Melbourne where the master brand has struggled for penetration.
Throughout 2023, Click Zoo rolled out the integration and setup of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud technology to operate the marketing and automation stack for Lifestyle Communities enquiry.
This included a new AI assisted and highly engaged Welcome Journey that educates and warms new enquiry via Email and SMS Marketing.
Click Zoo also created a Re-Engagement journey to re-warm disengaged enquiry. The combination of these efforts saw an Open Rate of almost 3x the Market average and more importantly saw a dramatic uptick in answered calls for the Lifestyle Communities sales team and a TRIPLING of sales appointments from FY21 to FY23.
Within 18 months, Click Zoo took Lifestyle Communities from a offline, digitally naive business, to holistically digital focussed organisation, running highly successful digital marketing strategies, focussed on automation and scale, that saw enquiry increase by over 600% and sales appointments to grow by almost 300%. The Lifestyle Communities digital brand is now the benchmark that the likes of Stockland, Lend Lease, Ingenia Lifestyle and other operators now follow.

Cost Plus Social Media Marketing
In 2021, Click Zoo began managing lead prospecting to build top of the funnel enquiry and separating from their previous Cost Per Lead agreement with another agency.
This not only reduced the cost per lead SIGNIFICANTLY, but allowed a focussed strategy that increased leads from this channel to over 1000 new leads per month.
Significant testing and segmentation also drove improvement in conversion to sales appointment, thanks also in part to the move AWAY from a dedicated landing page, to using the Facebook Lead Form AND immediate hand off to an experienced outbound call centre.
New Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilising SMS and Email Nurturing
Click Zoo managed the implementation of the Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Personalisation which delivered higher Email and SMS Open Rates, increased Click Thru Rates and behaviour data that now identifies the hottest leads for each sales team member to contact.
Marketing Cloud was also used for Re-Engagement to increase long term value in their Ad Spend, where customers aren't ready to engage with the sales team immediately.
This Re-Engagement sees open rates of over 50% and click through rates to the website over 10%.
Data based analysis leading to better conversion & lower costs
With the implementation of the new CRM - Salesforce, plus the increased volume of Social Media leads, the amount of newly available data has allowed Click Zoo to create key segments.
In turn, the lead generation and conversion to sales strategy developed into a NINE segment prioritisation strategy.
Ad Spend was then partitioned to the higher converting targets of Couples & Single Females, with a clear age demographic of Over 60 being the most successful.
This has allowed reduced spend in the Over 50 and 55 segments, and is now driving a lower cost per lead and cost per sale.
